ACE/MST Continuum of Care provides the benefits of a long-term residential placement without the lengthy stay by offering intensive in-home support to the youth and family once the residential placement ends. The goal of this program is to improve functioning within the family, community, and school and achieve these objectives at cost savings by reducing the frequency and length of out-of-home placements.
