Secure Treatment Centers (Male/Female) Adelphoi Village's Secure Program is designed to help court-ordered youth who have committed serious or chronic offenses. Through its two units located on Adelphoi Village's Latrobe campus, Adelphoi Village provides treatment to 26 male and female youth, ages 13 to 18. Youth at the Center participate in on-site education, and have access to the adjoining recreation center. The Center provides locked secure supervision 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Secure Treatment Centers - Middle Creek (Male) Latrobe, PA - Middle Creek II (Female) Latrobe, PA Blair Detention The Juvenile Detention Home in Blair County provides temporary, secure care for male and female youth, ages 10 through 18+, who are pre-adjudicated and adjudicated. The Detention Program provides residential care to youth primarily from Blair County, but will offer services to youth from other counties when space is available. The Detention Home program meets the daily basic needs of each youth, including a proper social environment, nutritious meals, sense of security, and family contact. Education services are provided on-site. The Juvenile Detention Home follows the admissions standards outlined in the Juvenile Court Judges Commission Detention Handbook.
