The Adelphoi Village Mission Statement makes clear our commitment to provide the very best to everyone and anyone with whom we work. Staff training and professional development are key to our collective competence as an agency. Through continuous training, we educate others and ourselves about the treatment of kids and families. The Adelphoi Village Training Program, provided through the efforts of fellow staff members, encourages individual and group growth, while helping our agency evolve through the process of setting and achieving goals.
