Families with children 0-18 years of ageIn-Home Services are offered in order to prevent youth placement or to expedite reunification if a youth is returning home. Initial services begin with child and family assessments, or an aftercare plan in cases of reunification.
Family sessions occur two times a week for the first month, followed by weekly sessions. The ultimate goal of this service is to assist families in resolving problems and improving parenting abilities in order for them to become more self-sufficient and maintain a stable and safe home.
Components of In-Home Services include Prevention, Family Preservation, and Life Skills.
